StepUp Durham

StepUp Durham is a local nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering job seekers in Durham who face barriers to employment. Through free employment readiness training, personalized job coaching, and supportive services, they help individuals overcome challenges such as gaps in employment and prior incarceration to secure employment. I had the incredible opportunity to meet with the dedicated staff and volunteers at StepUp Durham and hear firsthand the inspiring stories of resilience and perseverance from the graduating StepUp cohort.
